Very clean and location was excellent.

I was happy with the property..

We loved the location. It’s not as per the instructions on the location and I asked and was assured it was opposite Rosamar Apartments. It more near to Livvo and Acuaria sol which is the opposite end of the road to Rosamar but was still okay for us. The rooms were great, very spacious, spotlessly clean and a bonus was each room had its own air con unit. The pool and outdoor area were ideal and the pool was a lovely temperature.

No safe as advertised which wasn’t the best as we had to carry everything around with us. I did message and ask and was told they don’t have one (maybe this needs taking off the advertisement). Building work going on next door but one (the owners are doing up another property) they obviously knew about it and also the apartments facing are being done up. So we were woken up everyday at 7/7.30 am by builders on the front and then while we were in the garden they had a generator running, knocking a wall down in the garden 🫣

Everything was perfect! The villa was so spacious. The outdoor area was amazing. The pool is the perfect size for just a little dip. Such great value for money and in an amazing location just a short walk to main strip.

The location was very good. The facilities were good and very clean. Beds are very comfortable, ideal for families, not far to walk to beach, bars etc.

I think the key code facility could be better as ours stopped working after a few days into the holiday luckily our next door neighbours had as well and we could let owners know so to rectify the problems. One of the bedroom doors is very noisy and sticks to the floor. Unfortunately our neighbours had a major row one night and we could hear everything which wasn't good and the weather was very poor so we couldn't make use of the pool but think these are very minor and would definitely stay again. The taxi transfer needs to find the address tho as she dropped us off at the other end of the road after driving past a couple of times.
