A localização é excelente e a infraestrutura do apartamento é ótima.
O que não gostei primeiro a receptividade da portaria do prédio. Péssima, com má vontade,....; chega o absurdo de ter triagem para o lado externo do prédio. Inclusive o rapaz que faz a triagem é muito educado e solicito; mas é dependente da falta de preparo da portaria. Outro ponto que me deixou surpreso diante de algumas reformas na área comum do prédio, quanto a higiene nas áreas do lobby e elevadores.
