Na reserva q fiz não tinha café da manhã incluso e isso não ficou bem explicado qdo da reserva.

É a segunda vez que fico no flat do Marcus, ele é super gentil e atencioso. O flat é novinho com tudo que precisamos. Super limpo, roupas de cama de boa qualidade e muito limpas e cheirosas. Toda vez que eu for a BH me hospedarei lá. Nota 100000 pra tudo. Super satisfeita.

A chave era por código informado pelo proprietário. Confortável. o apart. Faltava microondas, mas solicitei ao proprietário e foi providenciado imediatamente. A localização para as minhas necessidades foi fantástico. Voce pode pedir refeições pelo serviço do apart Differencial e fazer o pagamento em separado.

Achei que tinha servido de limpeza diária. Como o apartamento fica em prédio de flat, mas pertence a um outro proprietário, não existe este tipo de serviço.

Key collection at reception was straightforward and convenient. The apartment is small but generally clean and presentable, with the basic appliances and facilities needed for a short stay.

There was a leak from the toilet cistern, possibly due to a faulty inlet valve, which caused water to spread across the bathroom floor. As a result, my one-year-old daughter slipped on the wet floor and was injured. This created a serious safety hazard that required immediate attention. Although I promptly notified the host and requested that the issue be repaired, no one was sent to fix it during our stay. The power outlets in the bathroom were also not working, which meant the wall-mounted hair dryer could not be used. After I reported the issue, the host arranged for a replacement hair dryer to be delivered to the reception. While I appreciated this effort, the underlying electrical issue remained unresolved during our stay.
