L’ accueil, la gentillesse de l’ employé, sa prise en charge très professionnelle, le ménage impeccable, la situation en centre ville, le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages.

Letto comodo, buona posizione vicino alla metro Toledo.
La camera non era pulita: il copriletto e il trapuntino erano macchiati, le superfici e gli interruttori sporchi, luce dello specchio in bagno non funzionante, mentre la doccia era rovinata, vecchia, macchiata e con muffa così come i sanitari e il lavandino.
