Location is ideal, you can go in swimming pants, grab the towel and jump into the pool about 100m away. Covered parking is good as you do not have to worry about hail. Outdoor terrace is very good, enjoyed breakfast and dinner outside. The private green space behind the fence is good to park an electric bike while having the lunch and it helps the privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. Enough space for everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, all worked.
We would have preferred stiffer beads in the master bedroom. The property has seen some days, so little non-essential bits were falling off in the bathroom. Strangely, electric kettle was missing in the kitchen. And it was also not entirely clear that while lock needs to be picked from the lock box outside of the apartment 'garden' door, the door it unlocks is actually inside the building, some more clarification on this would help.

La casa por su distribución y espacio es muy cómoda para estar. El amplio jardín, y las vistas tan estupendas desde cualquier habitación. La cercanía a la piscina y áreas ludico-deportivas.
La iluminación d la cocina se queda escasa n la zona d la fregadera y final d la encimera. Se podría poner unos apliques debajo del mueble q iluminará esa parte???
