Stay Calm in Nimman

Really nice room for the price, great location.

The wifi is really bad. I couldn't work in the apartment (but always went to cafes anyway) or watch things on my laptop at night, although there is a TV if you prefer.

The location of the property is very walkable, it's got suitable secure parking and the building has managed security who were very friendly. I think the flat was well laid out, including a desk and office chair is a very sensible option for those doing remote work or needing a space to get some admin done whilst away. Overall I think it was quite well-equipped, well located and seemingly well managed. The WiFi speeds were superb I think the building has multi gigabit so streaming/video calls weren't an issue at all - really good to see!

Some of the furnishings could use a little improvement, the TV is quite outdated, and I ended up sticking to a laptop screen during my stay as it just wasn't a good enough picture. The office chair is quite uncomfortable (supplemented with an extra cushion) and would be nice to see that replaced with a used, ergonomic office model. Including a desk was great, but I think could be improved with the inclusion of a monitor and dock as well for working travellers! The bathroom door opening inwards is clumsy as there's sufficient space in the flat i think an outward opening one makes more sense and I believe it's slatted so no real noise insulation available if you're travelling with somebody else. The front door handle also came off in my stay, it looks like a number of flats in the unit have a similar issue so probably worth replacing those door handles with something a little better made.

Very clean and comfortable, within walking distance to the main streets around Nimman and also near the old city.

The next door neighbours were quite loud, the walls seem to be thin so we could hear everything.
