The bathtub was clogged and the a/c did not work. They said no other rooms were available.

My rights were violated under statute and within the ADA act they also tried to charge me more money in order to stay although I had already paid for my complete stay and and attempt to use distortion against me I was forced to leave I had already paid what I had and said she was unclear of the law she wanted me to pay an extra $50 on top of my already $50 deposit for some unknown something that I don't even think she knew of I spoke with the front desk who I had escalated to the manager over the telephone I was clear about everything I gave her all the information that she needed however she requested way more than she is allowed to by law I still gave her what I could and still tried to extort me for an additional $50. So for that reason I decided not to stay there. And I would like my money that I paid her back because number one she was wrong number two I didn't get any of the services or goods I paid for and I did nothing wrong
