Apenas a localização e a vizinhança tranquila
Chuveiro, estava frio no primeiro dia, mas logo foi trocado, deveria ser visto antes de entrar o próximo inquilino, sorte que não estava tão frio, pois não oferece aquecedor. A chaleira esquenta toda inclusive a alça, achei um perigo. E na hora do check out tive que levar na chuva a chave pois a anfitriã não pode ir.
