Zelo čisto! Kuhinje v glavnem nisva uporabljala, vendar je bilo na razpolago vse. Posoda, instant kava, filter čaj, sladkor, začimbe.... Trgovina v pritličju bloka. Enostavna prijava in odjava. Lastnik zelo odziven in vedno pripravljen pomagati.

Parkirišča so pod blokom, vendar so trenutno zaradi gradnje v soseski manj dostopna.
