Brand-new Loft with Pool, Near Beach and Nightlife

Location ideal for exploring Tulum: visiting the ruins, going to the beaches, eating out. Bicycle rental within a three minute walk. Pool on the rooftop very nice.

The communication with the owner to retrieve the access details was very cumbersome. We did not get the access details only until a few hours before our arrival making us wonder, if we would need to look for an alternative accomodation. We needed the booking.com support to get the access information. I think the owner does not speak any English and only got back to us when we urged him in Spanish to give us the necessary information. Not very professional! -- Two doors in a tiny bathroom are a bit of a nuisance. -- The entrance door was not locked most of the time, but the guard was there and we could take our bikes inside for the night.

La ubicación y la comodidad

Me parece un espacio muy funcional y practico, muy bien ubicado. La terraza con la alberca linda.

En mi reserva indiqué que eramos dos adultos y un menor, sin embargo dormimos un poco apretados en la cama, consideramos que podríamos usar el sofa de la cama por las fotos pero este estaba sucio por lo que no lo pudimos usar.
