Good stay for exact price. Clean and nice small apartment.
Can be better bed.
You need to know that if you are registred company in Latvia, invoice what you get from this apartment, you need to pay extra +25% for VID (from all apartment costs), because apartment rent is not registred legal.

Clean and nice apartment for a short stay. Believe in summer time it is much pleasant as in freezing winter have felt the cold comming from the floor.
The sofa-bed wasn't comfortable. In bathroom really lack the sink. Finally, don't understand why there was the TV-set if it isn't connected to network or antenna.
