Čistoća odlična, sređen stan sa veoma lepim detaljima. Laka organizacija oko ulaska i izlaska iz stana, dečko sa kojim smo bili u kontaktu je bio dostupan i trudio se da nam da sve informacije. Ima dosta besplatnog parkinga u okolini.
U pitanju je lokal koji je preuređen u stan tako da je npr. toalet veoma skučen i na galeriji je dosta nizak plafon. Nije dostupan wifi i televizija, a u nekim delovima je slab signal pa nam je i naš internet bio veoma slab (verovatno je naša greška što nismo proverili da li ima wifi, ali nismo očekivali da za ovu cenu to nije podrazumevano).
