The location and the view.
The apartment was damp and hot water for showers was limited.

I loved that I felt like I was living in an authentic Greek home which happened to have a great view of Patmos. Furnishings were great and the company went out of their way to help me get a rental car, recommend restaurants, and let us extend our stay a half- day due to a travel issue for a nominal charge.
Everything about the place was perfect but most restaurants were closed in March due to the tourist season not starting until April. For weather purposes April- Early May is the best time to go to Patmos.
