Holiday House Livigno NEW

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house in Livigno. The house has only been rented out since 2025, so the fact that there are not many reviews yet should not be a concern at all - it is truly a great place. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen is large and practical, there is a big walk-in closet, a safe box, floor heating, a washing machine, and a great balcony with a beautiful view of Livigno. It is very comfortable for a family of six, but also perfect for a couple who want extra space and comfort. A big plus is the spacious garage, where we could safely store and charge our bikes, while still having enough room to park a big car. Marianna was an excellent host - very responsive, attentive, kind, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to come back. Thank you Marianna!

Moderní, kvalitní, čisté, přátelská hostitelka

Wonderful, fresh, wide apartments with just amazing view. Cleanness is 10/10. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, wardrobes and 2 separate bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking including oven and microwave. There is a garage for a car. There is also a ski-room to dry ski boots and helmets. Marianna, the owner, was very nice, friendly and helpful. Mottolino ski-lift is very close. And it takes 15 min walking to Livigno center. The only thing I have to mention - the house is ~5min walking up the hill from the main road / Mottolino ski-lifts. So, going up the hill after the skiing can be a bit challenging, but it's doable ;-) and it's a "price" for the amazing view.

Struttura bellissima, siamo andati come gruppo di amici, bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato con panorama incantevole nella stagione invernale. Posizione molto comoda e possibilità di garage (un plus)
