Moises Bakery a block way was great for breakfast to pick up and then bring poolside. Room was clean and wifi worked well. Close to the free Collins Express trolley.
Room did not have a desk for working and it was easy to hear conversations of others in adjacent rooms.

Staff was responsive about our issues; large rooms and washroom. Location was okay.
This property cannot be called a hotel. It’s an Airbnb. There’s no front desk, no elevator, no one to talk to except the management team who you can call or text. It’s a two storey building that’s been renovated to resemble a hotel, so no elevator (you have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs), no parking, and nothing on site except a pool with freezing water! Very loud neighbourhood at night, the music was loud and playing all night from neighbouring buildings.
