Plenty of room for a party of 8. Kitchen facilities were nice and the location was great.
Over all cleanliness/up keep of the outdoor area was not great. Patio and outdoor furniture could have been cleaner and in better repair. We did a lot of cleaning at the start of the trip to make it a little nicer. Pools water was a little cold, but not bad. All the yead games and video games on the porch did not work or were broken. I think the ownership just needs to put a little money onto the place and it can be very nice property. I did reach out to the local host once with no response.
