The place is fully equipped and clean, the view is amazing, and there is an entrance to Dubai Mall.

Although the place was very clean, there was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, like body odor, even though the room itself was very clean, but the residents renting the apartment were not.

there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. A scheduled fire alarm drill took place during our stay, but we were not informed in advance. We were traveling with toddlers who were sleeping at the time, and the sudden alarm was very distressing for them. Advance notice would have allowed us to plan accordingly. There was also a leak under the sink. While it was fixed promptly once reported, some water had already leaked into the surrounding area before it was discovered. Additionally, we requested a late check-out the night before departure but did not receive a response until 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out, at which point we were informed that it was not possible and were asked to leave immediately. The situation became more difficult as luggage storage was not allowed at reception, leaving us to move around with toddlers and our luggage for several hours.
