Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na wypad do orientarium czy okolic EC1 i Łodzi Fabrycznej. No i w przypadku atrakcji przy Manufakturze wystarczy przejść przez drogę.
Brak prywatnego miejsca parkingowego które było w opisie. Słaby kontakt z właścicielem.

Lokalizacja przy Manufakturze, winda na 4 piętro, zapewniony parking, taras, ręczniki papierowe w kuchni, Stokrotka i Żabka na parterze
Apartament został wynajęty dla rodziny 2+2 ale na wyposażeniu były tylko 2 krzesła przy stole i naczynia dla dwojga; pościel w szafie była nieświeża, zegar w kuchni nie chodził, pozostawiono naczynia w zmywarce, na ścianie ślady po zalaniu i odpadający tynk
