It was private and had all we needed.
It was a bit stuffy and had a bit of a dog smell when we arrived but we opened the windows and it was fine.

Location is fantastic! The house is clean and cozy. The toiletries provided are high quality. There are a variety of available appliances and tools for cooking, as well as more-than-basic spices which made meal prep very easy. We were especially appreciative of the coffee for the coffee maker, since none of us remembered to bring any. Downstairs half bath is for #1 only, which was not a problem, just something to be aware of. If you are staying here with 6 adults, expect to negotiate maybe a little more than usual.
