La Jolla Canggu

The location is great. The staff was very helpful 24/7 to be honest. The villa itself is beautiful.

The guest bathroom always smells bad, i reached the staff they sent someone to fix it but it was never fixed. The pool wasn’t clean, the staff told me the maintenance is every Sunday but no one showed up. The shower in the master bathroom is very bad ( the shower drain was clogged that the water came out of the shower, and the rain shower water pressure was almost zero ) Also, the ground floor was full of insects!!

It’s walking distance to a minimart & a cafe. The property was also spacious & has a sense of privacy.

The water from the rain shower was very slow. Also the air conditioning in the bedroom was quite weak, thus we had to cool ourselves at the living area before heading to bed. Otherwise, we’d be perspiring in our sleep.

The villa was beautiful and full of character, with unique tiles and colours that created a cool aesthetic. Air conditioning in every room was great, especially for this time of year. The location in Canggu was perfect, and having a convenience store right next door was very handy for picking up essentials. Check-in was seamless, with clear instructions from the host. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The host was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed housekeeping or when we needed assistance with an issue we had with one of the bathroom drains.

The pool only received direct sunlight for a short period during the day due to the villa's layout, so we didn't end up using it. However, there are plenty of nearby pool and beach clubs for reasonable prices to sun tan. The locks on the front gate and the outside of the bedroom doors were not working. The main front door locked securely, so we still felt safe, but having the additional locks functioning would have provided extra peace of mind.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was convenient and easy to access, making our trip hassle-free. The only issue we encountered was the water pressure in the bathroom shower, which could be improved. Other than that, everything was amazing, and we had a wonderful stay. We would gladly return in the future.

Just minor issues on water pressure. The rest was amazing.
