nice to have the separate loft area with door. great amenities for bathrooms and extra beds. they did a good job with the small space and had additional chairs available. the remodel is very appreciated. having the unique door code is helpful, since the rest of the resort experienced issues with hotel door keys

Broken hot tub is disappointing and feels misleading. We should be informed of that rather than finding out after there and trying to access it and then ask someone else to find out. The supplies in the kitchen were minimal. would be helpful to have ziploc bags and foil, cooking oils or seasoning. Lighter plates or more quantity would be useful so we don't have to run the dishwasher twice a day for the capacity of 8 people. refill the shampoo/conditioner pumps in the shower or remove them to avoid confusion.
