The staff were very courteous and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The nightlife and entertainment were excellent. The location is convenient, with close proximity to ski trails and the gondola. The mountain scenery is beautiful.
The area in front of the hotel is very slippery. Management should take greater responsibility for applying salt and ensuring that these areas are cleared more thoroughly, particularly the exterior stairs used for entry and exit. Additionally, the parking area is not well maintained.
