Otroligt bra läge. Fem minuters promenad till vackra Nissi Beach.

Poolområdet var avstängt pga renovering.

Willa urządzona prosto, ale bardzo przytulnie i wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne podczas pobytu. Świetna lokalizacja – wszędzie można dojść pieszo, a plaża Nissi znajduje się zaledwie 5 minut spacerem. Właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny, zapewnił nam doskonałą opiekę przez cały pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt, również ze względu na bardzo korzystny stosunek jakości do ceny. :::

The location was pleasant and quiet, about 500 meters from a well-known beach in Ayia Napa Nissi Beach. The surrounding area and the beach itself are very nice.

Unfortunately, our stay was not without issues. Upon arrival at the address listed on Booking (Sotou Chatziprokopiou, Ayia Napa), we discovered that the apartment is actually located at a different address (Villa Nissi Beach 29). This information was only provided by the host after repeated attempts to contact them, as the phone number listed on Booking was either unavailable or non-existent. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was also a strong odor suggesting recent painting. We found visible mold in two places – in the hallway corner and in the bedroom under the window sill above the bed. The host requested a €150 damage deposit and an additional €20 per day for air conditioning. After contacting Booking.com, we did not pay the deposit as it was not mentioned in the booking conditions. We did not use the air conditioning at all (and we are not certain it was fully functional). The kitchen was equipped with basic items (cutlery, dishes, kettle, etc.), which was sufficient. However, the outdoor furniture was old and worn. The mattress in the bedroom was an older spring mattress, which was uncomfortable and caused back pain during our stay.
