Joen homes apartment

We stayed at Joen Homes Apartment in Kochi for 13 days while traveling for medical treatment, and our experience was outstanding. The property is a two-floor house (ground and first floor) with no elevator, so if you are traveling with elderly people or anyone with walking difficulties, it’s best to inform the owners in advance to avoid inconvenience. Other than that, the setup is very comfortable. The house offers both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each with attached bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are extremely clean, well maintained, and have a modern, sleek design, which makes the place feel professional and business-friendly as well as homely. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is just a 9-minute walk from Rajagiri Hospital, making it an ideal place for families traveling for medical purposes. By taxi or tuk-tuk, you can reach the hospital in just 2 minutes. If you walk about 10 minutes to the main road, you’ll find a shop where you can buy everything needed to operate the kitchen. If you don’t want to cook, the hospital has a restaurant, and food delivery is also easily available. The caretakers and owners are extremely friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Nothing ever felt difficult when dealing with them. One night, when the main power grid went off, the owners immediately arranged an electrician and switched the house grid to second grid which they have from different provider, because the service provider which we have was taking too long, even got us candles. This level of care really stood out. The apartment has excellent internet connectivity, and the TV is connected to the internet, which was a big plus. My mom and aunt really enjoyed watching movies during their free time. We booked the house through Booking.com, and everything was exactly as described. We 100% recommend Joens Home Apartment, especially for families visiting Kochi for medical reasons, We will be back

We had a wonderful stay at Joens Apartment. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it ideal for both short and long stays. What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the hosts, Bincy and Manoj. They were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Joens Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
