Evie House 25 - Peaceful Stay District 1

Location was good. In a small alley, close to the main road. Surprisingly quieter than we thought given its proximity. A short walk to an excellent strip of eateries. The room was clean, very comfortable and Evie was a standout host, very obliging and willing to help us with our questions. The steps to the second floor are quite steep if you’re carrying heavy/large luggage, so bear in mind. Very cosy and easy stay - thanks again Evie for all of your help ❤️

Loved the location as you feel like you’re living in with the locals. Every morning you’d walk out and everyone is up having breakfast in the alleyway. So many coffee shops close by and a 7/11 just down the road. The bed was comfortable and I also loved the projector. The complimentary Netflix is a plus! Washing machine was a life-saver for our long stay, and used the balcony to dry the clothes. Evie was very accommodating and helpful when we needed her assistance. She communicated quickly and always checked in to follow up with our stay.

It’s not the quietest area as it is close to the main road. Also, if you’re staying on the second floor just be mindful the stairs are a bit steep.

The location is really the best, it’s right the start of the alley, so it’s still quiet but near the big road. Really near the zoo, my favourite. Room is clean, have micro oven, dishes and bowl, fork, spoon for meal, really convinient. Easy to check in and out 25p to Tan Son Nhat airport
