Betel Hoi An Homestay

The family, the facility’s, the breakfast and everything about our stay was absolutely amazing. We stayed an extra night because we liked the family so much. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family or anybody readying this review. 10/10

We stayed at Betel Hoi An as a family with three small children and we were absolutely blown away. If you have traveled through Vietnam, you probably know the feeling that many accommodations are only "80% perfect" – there is always some little thing missing or broken. Betel is the absolute exception: Everything here is 100% perfect! The room was immaculate. The bathroom was beautifully finished (with proper grouting!), the AC was very pleasant and worked perfectly. What impressed me the most was how modern and professional everything was managed. Communication was flawless, instant, and in excellent English. They are completely up to date – we could even pay conveniently via Apple Pay! Despite this high level of professionalism, the atmosphere was incredibly warm and familiar. Ms. Yen and her family are wonderful hosts. Our children immediately bonded and played with their kids (and the cute kittens!). On our first evening, we were even surprised with a complimentary, incredibly delicious homemade soup for dinner. Ms. Yen’s husband is also part of "Lotus Train" (which we used for our travel), making the whole logistical experience even smoother. You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. We highly recommend Betel Hoi An to anyone, especially families, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Ein neues und sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage, man hat ein wunderschönen Blick über die Reisfelder. Es war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben über die Vermieter Scooter geliehen, was sehr gut geklappt hat. Die Besitzerin war super bemüht, nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Sie hat uns auch das sehr üppige Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht und manchmal noch kleine Leckereien 😊, total lieb! Unbedingt zu empfehlen die Unterkunft!

Unsere Wohnung hatte leider keinen Balkon, das haben wir etwas vermisst.
