The block is easily accessible, there is no much hustle in locating the apartment. The studio that I was in, was clean well organized and attractive.
Prohibit smoking, or create an open space for smoking. Some people smoke that it affects others who don't. Carelessness and ignorance of some people who go against the T& Cs. i.e leaving liquor bottles and dirt on the lift/eating on the lift/
