Location in Makati was good. The view is spectacular!

Impossible for more than 1 person. You are only given one access card and they refuse to give you another so if youre not joint at the hip with your travel buddy, then its impractical to go in and out. They will fine you for using your buddies card! You also cant access any of the building facilities without the card so this meant one of us was completely cut off from the room and facilities for the whole stay! Generally the kitchen had an unpleasant smell, with some food items left open. The balcony is a bit run down. So are the tiles inside the apartment. There's a coffee machine with no capsules - completely useless. Instead there should at least be a French press. In general there are a lot of rules posted everywhere and it doesnt give you a homley feeling. Suggestion: change all the bulbs to warm light to avoid that hospital feeling and patch up the bathroom wall.
