Staff was fine, they changed my room, as my actual room was bad and it was on the kitchen side,
Room view was forest which was big jock, it was above the kitchen and smelling full day, their was nothing called forest view, bathroom shower jell contener was empty, 1st night dinner bread was stale whish was served with pasta , the amount charged by booking.com is too high compared to the standard of hotel. I could have diffenetly got much better hotel or resort in lonavala and Khandala in this off season

Breakfast was good, better if they can serve from 0700 Hrs.
Breakfast and dinner start a bit late .
