Well suited for families with kids , the Villa is spacious , kitchen is equipped with facilities to cook , air conditioning and TV.
Swiggy services the area quickly, hence groceries and food deliveries were fast.
Misna helped us settle in and was very responsive and cooperative .

The property is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, offering a serene and aesthetically pleasing environment. It’s an ideal getaway for families and loved ones. Its central location makes exploring both the north and south of Calicut convenient. For us, this was a wonderful find, particularly as we wanted to explore the northern side. Misna was fantastic! I want to say a huge Thank you to her!
I won’t phrase it like that, what I’d say is that the only disadvantage is the feasibility to get public transport from this place. Other than that, everything is great!

Key collection process was smooth. Prior to arrival, you need to contact the caretaker informing the time of your arrival and the caretaker was on site with all the required information
Preferred to have hot water heaters in the bathrooms.

The hospitality. Early check-in was smooth. Spacious property with 3 bedrooms. Suitable for family as well as group of friends. Beaches and other famous restaurants were nearby around 3-4kms.
