א. קרוב לרחוב ראשי וחנייה קרובה . ב. איש שירות נחמד ואדיב. ג. אם הייתי מספר ימים יכול להיות שהייתי נהנה מהמרפסת.ד. מיטה נוחה . ה. המזגן היה טוב מאוד . ו. היה מקרר וכלים קומקום וקפה ותה .
מים חמים לא זמינים כל הזמן, צריך לחכות שיתחממו, מצב הדוש לא תקין , מושב האסלה לא מחובר לאסלה מתרומם ונופל.מפסק למנורה מעל המיטה לא פעל . לא מצאתי סכו"ם . ערוצים בטלביזיה בעייתיים , צפיתי רק בערוץ 12 שאיש הצוות הראה לי והיה קשה מאוד להעביר ערוצים , אם בכלל. היה חסר לי אור קטן בשביל השירותים בלילה . היה רק גליל נייר טואלט אחד. היה שפע סבון אבל היה חסר סבון לגוף .
