Size of the apartment
Could have been cleaner sheets and towels had stains, carpeting had stains, was a bit dusty in the corners and stuff stuck to the wall, dirt in the refrigerator and main shower head wasn't fitted right and blew water all over the room. Plus the entire place smells like smoke covered up with air fresheners and the surrounding apartments smoke a lot of weed and the smell was overwhelming.
