Great location for peppa pig world also near to shops etc with lots of food delivery options if you are too tired to cook . Looks exactly like the photos plenty of toys and games for the kids good communication from the hosts being December we didn’t really explore the garden but looked nice.
Only thing missing really was some instructions for the appliances

It was perfectly situated, loads of shops and restaurants.
A short drive from Thorpe park.
Beds were comfortable.
Sauna didn’t work gym wasn’t much of a gym just a couple old weight . We never worked out if the cinema room work or not . The old PlayStation never had chargers so couldn’t be used with no controls . Floors was filthy , garden furniture was old and a bit d dilapidated . The football game was dangerous as it was broke daughter nearly speared with metal spike . Photos uploaded of families feet from walking round in the living room
