The hotel is in a great location. Situated halfway between Florence and Siena. It's only a few tens of minutes away from the surrounding historic towns like San Gimignano and Monteriggioni, and with parking available right downstairs, it’s perfect for a road trip. The rooms are brand-new, fully equipped, and very comfortable.

Everything was fine. It's a nice apartment with all the amenities you need. The bed is soft and comfortable. The host is a nice helpful and communicative lady. I recommend near the apartment "Ristorante D'orca". They have a great osso buco.
The apartment is situated at 4th floor and there's no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us, but for those who have mobility problems it surely is.

Il monolocale è pulito e ben arredato. Il parcheggio in strada è gratuito e si trova abbastanza facilmente. In dotazione, oltre agli asciugamani, anche diversi prodotti per l'igiene e la pulizia, più diverse cialde di caffè. Non ho avuto modo di incontrare l'host di persona ma è stata presente e disponibile.
L' assenza dell'ascensore ha rappresentato un disagio poiché avevamo valigie grandi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia, lo scarico faceva defluire l'acqua troppo lentamente ed essendo che la porta della cabina doccia non era ermetica il bagno si è allagato dopo pochi minuti. Il rumore del frigo di notte è stato fastidioso.
