Rù Rì Homestay - Walk 5 minutes to the Airport

Very close to Airport, you can walk to and from. A few places to eat nearby.

Room very small, noisy fridge all night and you can hear other rooms when they were having showers or going to the bathroom.

It took me 8 minutes to get to the place from the domestic terminal. Turn right in a little alley right after the gas station. I left the following morning around 4:30 am and felt safe. There were people around going to work... The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. You feel at home in the room. The furniture is in real wood and in good condition. The lady who greeted me does not speak English, and I don't speak Vietnamese, but we figured things out with the help of her daughter . The lady is quite nice, she offered me a banana when I came back from diner, reading my frustration with the various passwords. Very good value for the money.

The bed sheets/comforter are not in cotton but in some microfiber that make you feel hot. I did not like the pillows, but that one is subjective. Having various passwords: one to enter the house, one for your room, one for netflix (I don't think I had a TV)... The door to the small balcony does not lock.

They sent me all the information I needed to self check in after hours. The place was literally a few minutes from the airport. Lots of little places to eat and get coffee around the hotel Too.

Nothing

The room was clean, spacious for the price with good quality inclusions. The location near the airport is very convenient.

This was my third stay at the property. On the previous two occasions I had some anxiety as the entry instructions came late and the procedure is not straight forward. On this occasion in spite of advising my arrival time well in advance and giving updates I was given no key entry codes and there was no one at the property. I rang the contact number and there was no response. After about half an hour I noticed another number high up on the wall. The person on that number managed to contact the manager and after another 5 minutes I was sent the wrong entry code It took another 5 or 10 minutes to get the correct code. All in all a small nightmare. The manager told me he had a problem with his phone.
