I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Karim and both Mohamads, they helped me with everything, including ordering food and arranging laundry, and were always available whenever I needed assistance.

Wi-Fi信号和淋浴是最近在埃及住过比较满意的，难得淋浴头出水够多，Wi-Fi信号也稳定
门锁也太古老了完全没有安全感，事实证明我担心的是对的，半夜有陌生人不同钥匙直接就把门强行打开了，真的太吓人了，酒店前台还狡辩说是女性客人误开的，我又没睡着，看到脸也听到声音了明明是个胡子男
