The cleanliness. The resources availability didn’t have to keep requesting for stuff to use

The road leading to the estate( even though it’s not the host problem) but it made accessibility to the building difficult when it rains Also, the sofas and in the living room were a bit uncomfortable for someone relaxing for more than an hour. The dining room chairs also need replacing cause they are too fragile

This is a beautiful property. It's gated and there's security for your vehicle. It's keyless entry and the host sent us a code prior to our arrival. The unit itself is on the 3rd floor, there's no elevator or wheelchair acess. The unit itself is beautifully furnished with everything that you would require for your stay. Kitchen has stove/cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, as in you can prep all your meals. You can tell no cost was spared in fitting this space. The bedrooms had clean, comfortable bedding. The living room has comfortable furniture, tv with WiFi access.

My only gripe, and this is something the host has no control over is the road to the property from the A104. It's a dirt road with large pot holes. We unfortunately came during the rainy season which made the road muddy with deep rain water puddles.
