Clean room, a large room for the budget price, very close to beach, away from traffic and noise surrounded by trees, beach is 200 meters away. It is a very good place for budget stays, I ended up staying 2 more days. Main part it has windows so 2 was air ventilation and even with Airco, it was very pleasant

In evening you can have mosquitoes so have to close windows, also it's almost same all over goa
