La Mascotte - Maison de famille pour 6 personnes à Koksijde avec double garage by La Conciergerie

Très agréable logement a proximité de tout , très confortable, les propriétaires sont vraiment au top , super équipé surtout si enfant en bas âge, il ne manque de rien pour etre bien.

Nettoyage fait rapidement poile present dans jeux de société, poussière pas faite en dessous des lits, mais cela n est pas de la faute des propriétaires qui payent service de nettoyage.

The property is in a very convenient location for shops and beach with onsite parking - lots of stairs if you have weak knees!

Delayed entry to the property - all I got was 'sorry'. Not sure it would be the same if I said 'sorry' for a delayed departure as payment would have been requested. I didn't even get offered to park my car on the drive whilst they completed the cleaning. I was rather hoping the 'Conciergerie' would have offered a refund for the inconvenience, but no, however I'm still open to offers! No mention in the 'Terms and Conditions', prior to booking, of having to strip the beds and take the rubbish out (taking the rubbish out means going to the bins off site approx 100 metres down the road). The stress of this could have been avoided by adding these major details to the TOC's! If this is NOT done you'll be slapped with a fine! Good job I checked my mail. Also the sofa needs to be cleaned - the space between the cushions was/is full of crumbs and not new ones! oh - and finally after leaving I received an email stating that 2 sets of keys were placed in the lock box - they were not. So overall the experience was disappointing and wanted to share with anyone looking to book this property. Anyways - if you book the property remember you'll be doing all the mundane things you try to get away from at home - my recommendation would be to book a hotel room where beds are changed and rubbish taken out for you!!! After this stay we moved on to two other properties (as part of a roadtrip) and, thankfully, a huge improvement and great times had!
