The location as well as the quality of the house.
It was neat and tidy, smelled fresh when we walked in, and was equipped with everything we needed.

The odour from either the kitchen basin section or washing machine can maybe be attended too as it gives off a smell in the kitchen area
Under cover parking would be a bonus and curtains in front of blinds in 2nd bedroom will assist in blocking out the outside light.

The location, particularly for birding, was wonderful. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Everything was good quality and thoughtful for making a stay away from home feel like a special experience. The security was really good too. Phillip was timeously communicative in a non intrusive way.
