Horrible I didn’t stay. The owner said I could get my money back and then his wife comes back and says no you can’t but

So thankfully, I actually didn’t go ahead and stay at the property, what appeared to be a smaller motel or hotel was a broke down house in a sketchy neighborhood. I waited at the door for what was like five or 10 minutes before somebody comes and then two dogs one of them, which is a pitbull is jumping on me continually so I enter this home and go back to this room and it is just pitiful. So I get out as soon as I can run into the owner in the driveway and he says that there’s no problem that I’ll get my money back on it don’t worry I just told him I could not deal with the dogs and then his wife comes home and she says that she’s not giving me my money back. This is like 3 o’clock in the afternoon, so plenty of time to rebook no issues with that at all and she was just as rude and horrible to deal with as possible, but I better get my money back!!

It was complete completely false advertisement, what looked like a small motel or hotel ends up being a broke down house with two dogs that jump all over you one of them being a pitbull pitiful experience
