Sunrise Deck Lake Naps 5Bedroom Group Getaway

Amazing amount of space and location along the lake was fantastic. However needs A LOT OF MAINTENANCE for the most basic items (also be nice to have coffee/tea of the basic kitchen necessities).

Communication was absolutely lacking even on booking and prior to booking (no indication on booking it was a direct charge at exactly the time) & details on the property through advertising on booking was very poor & very confusing! Not a lot of detail or clarity even through messaging and calls un- answered (too late by then as payment deducted straight away). Title notes 5BR, however details note 1 bedroom. No coffee, no tea towels, as massive as the kitchen is it only had 6 cups and various plates and no microwave. Hallway lighting was extremely poor, none of televisions worked (downstairs not sure as not used), wi fi didn't work no matter how many times we reset it. Showers were very mouldy and no heating or spare blankets. The bedroom door fell off it's hinges on 1st use. The house was very large and backed onto a beautiful lake, however could use some love on the inside. Most disappointing was the lack of communications. Calls remain unanswered, along with messages through the booking.com messages along with text messages.
