The location was excellent, just two minutes away from a metro station. The photos match the place, the apartment was clean, in good condition and the staff answered all our questions in a timely manner. The bedrooms were spacious, with a closet in each one, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was very bright.

Although our booking was for four people, there were four big towels for the bathroom and only two smaller towels for every other use (hand towels for bathroom, kitchen etc.) which were not enough. Also, some of the amenities (bathroom rolls, coffee capsules) were not enough for our 4-day stay. Another matter was the TV, which was in the main photo, but does not work well. We tried streaming both Netflix and YouTube, and had no luck making it work. We also had an issue with the heater, which, while working, did not have the capacity to heat up water for 4 people. In addition, after turning it on for a few minutes, it had a leaking issue, which we were told was not a problem and was perfectly usable.
