Steps away, the spacious sun deck is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day and take in the sunset views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and generous counter space, making meal prep a breeze. Share stories around the dining table (seating for 6) or grab a casual bite at the breakfast bar (seats 3). There is also a cabinet with several board games, puzzles, and books for family time. A convenient half-bath completes this level.
MID LEVEL-REST & REMOTE PRODUCTIVITY:
The mid level is thoughtfully laid out for both rest and flexibility. Off the entryway, a cozy den is equipped to provide a quiet nook for remote work, streaming your favorite series, curling up with a good book, or set up your video game to the TV.
