Located in Tiputa, just 100 meters from the ocean, the Air-conditioned Studio Chez Guy is a warm and functional accommodation, ideal for a completely independent stay in the heart of an authentic atoll.
Arranged on the first floor with an ocean view, it can accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation includes:
1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed
Private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
Private fitted kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, oven, kettle, utensils and dining area
Small balcony with ocean view, perfect for admiring the beauty of the ocean
Household linen provided
An outdoor washing machine is available as an extra (1000 XPF per wash).

Accommodation Conditions
Transfers are mandatory and must be communicated before your arrival. We will take care of booking them: 2200 XPF per adult and 1100 XPF per child under 12 years old (round trip), to be paid in cash directly to the service providers.
In case of arrival after 4:30 PM, a surcharge of 1000 XPF per person applies for a private boat. Upon arrival, a stop is planned at the store to make some purchases before joining the accommodation.
Breakfast included: everything necessary is provided so that you can prepare it yourself.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited within the housing unit.
