The House at School Farm, a house over three floors, consists of a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a pantry with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, an open-plan living space with range cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster, wine chiller, breakfast bar, dining seating, Smart TV, and gas fire, a conservatory, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, king-size with en-suite bathroom, two doubles, second-floor double with en-suite shower room, and second-floor twin with en-suite bathroom, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. You'll find a shop in 2.5 miles, pub in 1.2 miles, and lake in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, gazebo, furniture, Argentinian style BBQ, fire-pit, and hot tub and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
