My stay went perfectly fine with the exception of.......
It is not mentioned (here on Expedia) that there is a $5 deposit for a hotel key, Then when you go to return the key, they also ask you for the TV remote that they also give you at check-in.
When i went to return the key to get my $5 deposit back. I was told I also needed to give them the remote, or I could not get my $5 deposit back.
The problem is that at the time when I was given the remote at time of checking when asked for the deposit for the hotel key, I was never told that. I needed to return the remote as well to get my deposit back.
They refused to make any effort to say. Okay, we'll go into the room and get it or give me the key back. So that I could go get the remote
I told the indie that was working. The front desk that she could take the $5 and shove it up her "p"ass
