Each outbuilding consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom and air conditioning. These private rooms are available for an additional fee upon request. With these private rooms, the villa can accommodate up to 20 people .

The central structure of the villa is composed of five double bedrooms with five private bathrooms (and five additional bedrooms with double beds located adjacent to the central villa at an extra cost on request).

Featuring a double living room, a spacious dining area, a fully equipped 10-burner main kitchen with double ovens and a microwave, a large outdoor patio fully furnished with sofas, and an outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 24 people, Casa Stromboli boasts a stunning panoramic view overlooking Cala Praia di Fuoco. It also has a private swimming pool, equipped with a barbecue and wood-fired oven, and is located in an exceptionally panoramic position.

From the villa, a private staircase (400 concrete steps with a convenient handrail, very safe to walk on) leads to a small, exclusive beach accessible by this path and by sea, not by public access.
