- House has smoking detectors as well as CO2 detectors so no need to worry about unwelcome gases.
- E-lock keyless entrance so you can easily access the house.
- LONG STAYS ARE WELCOME to ask about a 1 to 2-month stay!
- An additional charge will be applied for lost or damaged towels and linens.
- Pets are welcome for 80$ per pet per stay. Once per fee is paid is not refundable.
NOTE: We kindly ask you to ensure that pets do not get on the beds or sofas. This rule is in place for hygiene reasons and to protect our furniture. Please be aware that if any stains, damage, or soiling caused by pets are found on the furniture, an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs of deep cleaning or repairs. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain our accommodations in excellent condition.

"We may ask you for a deposit if: your review count is lower than 5; if you have received poor reviews from other hosts; if you have no reviews at all and are staying with more than 4 people; or if you are under the age of 25.
