Welcome to “Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande”! Le Gîte de Marguerite is a comfortable 41 m² holiday home in Néant-sur-Yvel, ideal for 2 guests. It offers one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, the open kitchen (with filter coffee maker and Tassimo machine) opens to the living area, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience. Enjoy Wi-Fi and a TV for your relaxation.
Outside, unwind in your private enclosed garden with terrace, table and chairs, 2 loungers, and a barbecue for outdoor meals. The peaceful setting is perfect for discovering the legendary Brocéliande Forest and its mysteries.
A parking space is available on the property.
The house is close to the greenway and less than 5 km from the main Brocéliande sites, offering easy access to the forest and outdoor activities in this enchanting region.
A linen and towel package is available on request for an extra fee. Please return the accommodation in the same condition as on arrival. If you prefer not to clean, a cleaning service is offered for an extra fee.
